2. Minimal Storage for Deletion Review

Critical Notice: Clean Inbox does not store, retain, or archive your email content. All email analysis is performed in real-time, and email content is immediately discarded after processing.

Message ID Storage: When you select emails for deletion, we store only the message IDs (unique identifiers, not email content) for up to one week to facilitate the review period. After deletion is executed or cancelled, message IDs are immediately removed.

• We do not maintain backups of your email content
• We do not create logs containing email content
• We store only message IDs during the deletion review period
• We cannot recover email content after processing or deletion

3. Accuracy of Analysis

3.1 No Guarantee of Accuracy

Clean Inbox uses algorithms to categorize and identify junk emails. However:

• False Positives: Important emails may be incorrectly categorized as junk
• False Negatives: Junk emails may not be identified
• Misclassification: Emails may be assigned to incorrect categories
• Evolving Patterns: Email patterns change, affecting accuracy over time

3.2 User Responsibility

YOU MUST REVIEW ALL RESULTS CAREFULLY BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION. Clean Inbox is a tool to assist you, not replace your judgment. Always verify results before selecting emails for deletion.

Deletion Safety: While we provide a one-week review period for scheduled deletions, YOU are responsible for verifying your selections. Once deletion is executed after the review period, emails cannot be recovered.
